Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes. MOQ depends on the product and the packing — typically one pallet or one drum for chemicals, and one carton for laboratory items. The exact MOQ is confirmed in the quotation.
How are prices quoted?
In USD, per unit or per kilogram, against a defined Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF) and destination port. Prices are valid for the period stated on the offer.
Can I receive a sample?
Yes, for most products. Samples are usually invoiced at cost with courier charges, and deducted from the first order.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin, COA and SDS. Additional certificates can be arranged on request.
