Supplier qualification
We work with manufacturers whose licences, production capacity and export history have been verified before the first order.
Batch and unit documentation
Certificate of Analysis or factory test certificate with each batch or machine, plus the Safety Data Sheet for every chemical.
Pre-shipment control
Sampling, inspection of packing and marking, and optional third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas.
Responsible supply
We supply products for professional and industrial use only. Hazardous goods are packed, marked and documented according to IMDG (sea) and IATA (air) rules, and shipped only where the destination country allows import of the product concerned.
Two families of products we do not supply. We do not trade sodium cyanide or mercury. Both are used in gold processing, but their acute toxicity and, for mercury, the import restrictions imposed by the Minamata Convention in most of our markets, put them outside what we are willing to handle. We supply the alternatives instead: activated carbon adsorption, gravity recovery, thiourea leaching and flotation reagents.
Buyers remain responsible for obtaining the import permits, storage authorisations and handling procedures required in their own country. We provide the technical documentation needed to support those applications, and we decline any order whose end use or destination is unclear.
